The Race Equality Charter survey is coming soon!

Published: 05/10/2021

NTU will be inviting all students and colleagues to participate in and complete our second Race Equality Charter survey in October. We want to hear from as many of our community as possible to help us understand what we can do to advance race equality at NTU.

What is the Race Equality Charter survey and why should I get involved?

The Race Equality Charter (REC) survey, developed by Advance HE, provides an opportunity for all our community to share their experiences and perceptions of race equality at NTU. Our first REC survey was conducted in October 2019, and this second survey will help us assess the progress of our work and inform further advancement of race equality.

The online REC survey will be live from Monday 18 October to Friday 5 November 2021. All NTU students and colleagues are encouraged to participate and complete the survey, and as a token of appreciation for engaging, all respondents are invited to enter into a prize-draw with a chance to win a £100 Love2Shop e-reward.

Full information on how you can complete the survey will follow shortly, so please keep a look out for these communications in the Newsroom on StudentHub!

If you’d like to find out more about the REC, or you’d like to know the results of the last REC survey and take a look at NTU’s 2020-21 REC Action Plan and Progress Reports, please visit the EDI SharePoint site.
