Freshers’ Fairs, free lunches, night-outs, breakfast clubs and many great memories from our NTU Welcome. What did you take part in?

Sadly, NTU Welcome has officially come to an end. We hope you had a lovely time with your friends and built meaningful connections across the University. As you’re now settled in your home away from home, we think it’s time to wrap up our Welcome period and share with you some of the best moments from a busy ten days of events and activities.

Our friendly Freshers’ Team

Some of you may recognise these faces of some of our fantastic Freshers’ Team who helped many of you during the day of moving in and Welcome activities. They made sure new students had an incredible first week at NTU helping them settle into their housing, orienting themselves about campus, and of course, attending our iconic Freshers' period festivities. If you see them on campus again, don’t be shy and say hello!

The one and only NTSU Freshers’ Fair

We hope you were able to grab loads of freebies and great discounts from our freshers' fairs. This year, all three NTU campuses hosted Freshers' Fair across different days showcasing all that student life has to offer. From societies, sports teams, part-time jobs, volunteering opportunities, and some excellent student discounts all under one roof (if you missed any of these, don’t worry - there's still time to join in).

NTSU hosted a breakfast club at the start of Welcome – it was a perfect opportunity to meet other students in the same situation as you whether that’s someone to go to events with or just chat to. We’re so pleased to see so many of you come to the event and hope you enjoyed the free food and hot drinks – who doesn’t like free stuff?
