Fabric of Freedom: Celebrate Pride Month at NTU
Published: 29/05/2025
This June, we’re inviting you to take part in a vibrant programme of events and activities to mark Pride Month 2025. Whether you’re a member of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally, Pride is a time to celebrate identity, reflect on history, and reaffirm our shared commitment to equality, inclusion, and authenticity.

Why Pride matters
Pride Month honours the resilience, contributions, and ongoing struggles of LGBTQ+ individuals. It’s a chance to commemorate the Stonewall Riots, deepen our understanding of the challenges faced by the community, and celebrate the freedom to live authentically. This year’s theme, The Fabric of Freedom, highlights the diverse threads that make up our NTU community.
