Students in Classrooms: make a difference to the futures of young people in Nottinghamshire
Published: 19/10/2021
We are currently hiring ambitious and hard-working NTU students to be a part of the Students in Classrooms Scheme.

The Students in Classrooms scheme connects students with young people in local schools and colleges to act as positive role models, inspire them to learn and consider their future options. Our flexible, paid schemes are a fantastic opportunity for you to develop professional skills such as leadership and communication.
We are looking for enthusiastic and conscientious students who can encourage young adults to achieve more. In the role you will be given the incredible opportunity to share your educational experiences, provide valuable classroom support and inspire pupils to take control of their future, all whilst earning a bit of extra cash! Applications are now open, and you have until the Tuesday 2 November to apply.
We have received such positive feedback from students who have took part in this opportunity.
Making a difference to a young person’s educational journey sounds good on paper, but even I could not have predicted just how much joy and self-improvement the scheme would bring me.
Ella, Achievement Coach
I gained a lot of confidence and I am no longer scared to talk in front of a large group of strangers.
