Find out how NTU Library is marking Stephen Lawrence Day

National Stephen Lawrence Day takes place each year on 22 April. As part of a series of events taking place across NTU to mark the day, the Library Acquisitions team have been adding stock to NTU Library collections from a reading list curated by the Stephen Lawrence Foundation Research Centre at De Montfort University (DMU).

Introducing items from the reading list into the NTU Library collections supports our work towards decolonisation of the library collections and makes further steps towards our goal of scrutinising and diversifying our NTU Library catalogues.

The full list of items recommended by the Foundation is available to view on the Libraries Connected website and these items can also be found on NTU’s library catalogue.
