The Times bestselling novel has its world premiere in a brand new adaptation at Nottingham Playhouse. The story explores a Syrian couple's dangerous journey as they flee the civil war in their country. The play is a thoughtful exploration of the importance of love, home and social relations.

Delicious (and FREE!) vegan Middle Eastern food will be provided by Manal Rawaeh, NTU Biomedical Science student, who runs a food catering service - Syrian Vegan. In addition to this event, Manal is also catering two other events at Nottingham Playhouse in collaboration with Unison East Midlands.

Book your free ticket now. Food will be available from 5 pm and the performance will start at 7.30 pm.

The Kultch-Ed programme embeds creative, co-curricular learning opportunities for students within the broader cultural life and spaces of Nottingham. To find out more, please get in touch with olivia.wheeler@ntu.ac.uk.
