If you have young children or are looking for a place for reflection, meditation, prayer and stillness, you can now enjoy your own dedicated spaces in Boots Library.

The new Family Room containing a range of facilities — Library Family Room

The Family Room

Located on Level 1 of Boots Library is a dedicated area for you to study whilst needing to supervise a child. You’ll find PC workstations with a playpen attached for small children, reclining armchairs, a baby change unit and space for a pushchair.

There is also a child’s table and chairs, along with children’s books and toys, to help keep your little ones entertained while you study.

The Haven has soft seating, table and chairs and is a calm, quiet space — The Library Haven

Library Haven

Based in room BTS 309, the Library Haven is a place for reflection, meditation, prayer and stillness. It’s a quiet space where students of all faiths and none can find peace, solace and emotional well-being.
