Next week is Drugs and Alcohol Awareness Week

Published: 12/11/2024

We're supporting the national Drugs and Alcohol Awareness Week. This week will give you the opportunity to chat to professional services, get advice and learn about the support available.

Come along to our stalls

Come and see us on Tuesday 19 November, 10-1pm at Clifton Campus in the Pavilion, followed by Friday 22 November, 10-1pm at City Campus in the Newton building. Come along to get lots of useful information, take part in activities and grab some freebies.

Take the survey

During the week we will also be linking with a national survey where you can win £100 for taking part. (It's not live yet, but we'll let you know when it is.)

Advice from other students

Look out for our student blog and Insta reel too. They'll be available on the HealthyNTU blog and Instagram, as well as our Student Newsroom.

Try tracking your alcohol consumption

You can download a free app from Drink Aware to track your alcohol consumption, calculate units and set your own goals to moderate your drinking. You can also try the free Alcohol Change unit tracker.
