Give yourself a boost with NTU Wellbeing Week

From Monday 10 - Sunday 16 March, this week provides lots of opportunities to nourish your mental health and wellbeing.

It also incorporates University Mental Health Day, with this year's theme being ‘No one should be held back by their mental health'.
The week of activities has been put together in collaboration with Healthy NTU, the Sustainability team, NTU Arts and NTU Sport and it includes:
- meet Dave the dog
- book clubs
- willow weaving
- embroidery
- free NTU Sport classes
- and much more.
You can also come along to chat to us about your wellbeing and healthy eating, where we'll be giving away free food samples, recipes and goody bags.
