Mental Health Champions

This Mental Health Awareness Week we celebrate and acknowledge the power and importance of community. Being a part of a positive community can have a big impact on our overall mental health and wellbeing and can provide a sense of belonging and sense of purpose.

There are lots of ways to become more involved with the NTU community:

You can also take a look at our Stamp Out Stress activities taking place across NTU, to help you unwind during the exam period. These include meeting the ever-popular Dave the Dog in Boots Library on Wednesday 14 May, 1-2 pm.

The key is to find what works for you. We are all unique, so the things we do to take care of our mental health will be unique to us too.
