Update your details and download important letters with MyStudentRecord

You'll find the MyStudentRecord tile within the Student Support section of the MyNTU app. From there, you can review and update information such as your contact details, preferred first name and pronouns.

If you've moved house or changed your phone number, you can update those details too, so that your university records remain accurate.

MyStudentRecord also gives you access to a range of official documents that you may need during your studies, including:

• Council Tax Exemption letters
• Confirmation of Studies letters
• Bank letters

Bank letters are particularly useful for international students who need to open a UK bank account.
