HealthyNTU is our award-winning health promotion programme. It provides support through fun activities and fairs, educational workshops and resources, and other awareness raising initiatives.
HealthyNTU covers the following areas:
- accessing healthcare and vaccines
- sexual health advice and healthy relationships
- alcohol and drugs safety
- eating well, keeping active and sleep
- mental health and self-care.

The Dens
Our HealthyNTU Dens are lounge-like spaces for you to relax, unwind, read a book, or chill out with friends.
Our Den Socials also give you the opportunity to meet new people, take some time to relax and find out about support available. Join us at our next Den Socials on Tuesday 20 October at Clifton Campus and Wednesday 21 October at City Campus.

Activities, events and programmes
Meet new people, find community, and nurture your mental health at our range of activities that take place throughout the year, including:
- dog therapy sessions
- crafternoons
- nature walks
- Safe and Sound Expo
- sexual health drop-ins and Get Tested Week
- Manage the Stress of Uni Life workshops at Clifton Campus and City Campus
- free condom scheme.
