PATHway drop-in service

Drop-in to speak to a member of the Student Support team about any difficulty you may be experiencing. We can help you resolve your problem by providing information and advice, or by helping you to access the right specialist service for you.

You might find it helpful to have a chat with a PATHway adviser if you have questions or concerns about:

  • Settling in and making friends at NTU
  • Managing your money
  • Struggling with your studies
  • Thinking about changing your course
  • You need disability support, but aren’t sure where to start
  • You think you might be dyslexic
  • Your health and wellbeing

There’s no need to book, you can drop-in and speak to us:

City Campus: Student Support Centre, Newton building, Monday - Friday 11 am - 4 pm
Clifton Campus: Student Support Centre, Monday and Thursday, 11 am - 4 pm
Mansfield Campus: University Centre, Tuesday 9.30 am - 12.30 pm
Brackenhurst Campus: Lyth building, open daily - check the board in the Lyth building for today's opening hours.

If you would prefer to meet via MS Teams, or would rather visit at a specific time for an in-person chat, please book an appointment to speak to one of our advisers.
