NTU Wellbeing Week is a great opportunity to focus on yourself and practice physical and mental wellbeing. However, you should be looking after yourself all year round. Regularly taking opportunities to relax, unwind and reset are vital for your physical and mental health. Each week, we send you an email with a range of events and activities that you can get involved with to help you take a break from your studies. You can also view the student events calendar at any time to see a full list of events for the week.

Regular exercise is very important for a healthy body and mind. NTU Fitness host a wide range of virtual fitness classes every week that are completely free to join and will help you stay active and healthy. You can view all of the fitness classes for the week on the student events calendar or over on the NTU Fitness Instagram page where you’ll also find healthy recipes, workout videos and tips for living a healthy lifestyle.

In the video below, postgraduate student Realeboga Thabang Lewanika discusses her experience of NTU’s fitness classes.
