Healthy NTU have launched their new Zen Den area within Clifton SSC

Zen Den is your space to relax and offers crafts (including rock painting, badge making and zine making), wellbeing information, hot drinks and freebies. It’s the perfect place to come and take a well-deserved break from studying.

The Zen Den is open during the SSC opening hours which are 8:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-4:30pm on Fridays. Our Healthy NTU team will be around 2-3 days a week if you’d like to chat to our team about ways to support your wellbeing while at NTU!
