Roots to Routes: Celebrate South Asian Heritage Month at NTU

Published: 14/07/2025

From Friday 18 July to Sunday 17 August, we’re inviting you to take part in South Asian Heritage Month 2025 – a celebration of the cultures, traditions, and contributions of South Asian communities in the UK and around the world.

This year’s theme, ‘Roots to Routes’, explores where we come from, how we move through the world, and where we’re going. It’s a chance to reflect on heritage, identity, and the journeys that shape who we are.

Whether through food, language, art or music, South Asian Heritage Month is a chance to learn, connect, and celebrate our rich and diverse community.
