It’s World Mental Health Day - make your wellbeing a priority

Published: 10/10/2022

Today is World Mental Health Day. It’s an opportunity for us all to talk about our mental health and to recognise the importance of speaking up about how we feel.

It can be hard for some people to talk about mental health, and different people discuss things in different ways. If you think someone is struggling, reach out and see how you can support.

It's also important to look after your own physical and mental health so that you can get the most out of your time at NTU.

If you’re finding things difficult, our Student Support Services team is here to offer you help and advice – you can get in touch using our online form. Visit StudentHub to learn about all the health and wellbeing support you can access at NTU.
