Would you like a summer scholarship to Mexico?

NTU Global is offering up to 13 students a fantastic opportunity to spend four weeks at CETYS University in Mexico this summer, from Saturday 15 July - Saturday 12 August.
During your time in Mexico you'll spend two weeks studying an enterprise course and enjoying extracurricular activities alongside students from CETYS University as well as other international students.
In week three, you'll take part in an exciting 'Enterprise Challenge' before working on a community engagement programme in the final week - which'll include working on community projects for indigenous people and visits to industry and non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
The scholarship (which is part-funded by Santander Universities and the Turing Scheme) covers tuition and hotel accommodation fees, the social programme, return flights from London Heathrow Airport to San Diego, the ESTA (US visa waiver) and Mexican Tourist Cards. Students are responsible for the cost of getting to and from London Heathrow Airport, food and drinks, spending money and any other personal expenses associated with an overseas trip.
Eligibility criteria
Applications are open now to students:
- with a passion for enterprise and community engagement
- from any subject area
- with a passport valid for at least six months from August 2023, and
- who meet the Turing Scheme’s Widening Participation criteria. (This scholarship is externally funded by the UK Government’s Turing Scheme and Santander Universities and as a result of their requirements we are only able to accept students who meet the Turing Scheme’s Widening Participation criteria.)
Students who complete their course in June 2023 aren't eligible to apply.
