Healthy NTU is our award-winning health promotion programme. It provides support through fun activities and fairs, educational workshops and resources, and other awareness raising initiatives.

Activities

Meet new people, find community and nurture your mental health at our range of activities that take place throughout the year, including rock painting, movie afternoons, mindfulness walks and more.

Workshops

We also offer various workshops from mental health to consent. Sign up now to our Students Minds endorsed and nationally recognised, Look After Your Mates workshop. Or come along to the Brave Together workshop developed by Maybelline Loreal in partnership with leading mental health charity, Ditch the Label.

Events and programmes

We also offer a wide variety of events and programmes throughout the year, such as the Wellbeing and Safety Fairs (look out for the next one in Term Two), our upcoming Drugs and Alcohol Awareness Week stalls, and a free condom scheme.
