Unlock your potential with our Pathways to Progress workshops

Published: 23/10/2026

We can help you grow personally, academically and professionally.

We’ve partnered with the internationally recognised charity, Grit, to offer students the opportunity to join our Pathways to Progress workshops. Get access to experienced and skilled coaches in sessions designed to help your personal growth and help you get the most out of your university experience.

This development opportunity is fully funded and supported by NTU, so it is free for you to attend and is open to all NTU students.

What is a Pathways to Progress workshop?

By attending a workshop, you can expect:

  • a space to gain new perspectives that will help you focus on your next steps,
  • a place to make valuable connections,
  • experiential, group coaching,
  • a personalised approach to the students in the room,
  • a safe space to have open conversations,
  • an opportunity to make breakthroughs and build confidence.

Each workshop is a full one-day session and lunch will be provided.

You will receive a certificate of completion that you can apply to your Continuing Professional Development hours (CPD) and/or Employability Awards. You can also log your participation on our Live, Learn, Work platform.
