Car sharing
Students can book a priority car park space if they car share with another student to the Mansfield Campus.
Car sharing with fellow students is a cost-effective way to share fuel costs or save on paying public transport fares. It also results in fewer single-occupancy cars on the road and less congestion in the car park.
You can find people to car share with by posting on the NTU Student Car Share Viva Engage Community.
The two priority car share parking spaces are located at the front of the University Centre.
Please book a space via the Microsoft Booking form. You must:
- book a space at least a day before you are due to car share,
- enter the names of all students in the vehicle,
- cancel the booking if the space is no longer required.
When entering the car park, you will need to call the intercom. Please tell the reception team your names , vehicle registration number, and they will open the barrier if your details match the Microsoft booking.
You can find guidance on how to book a space and how to cancel a booking by watching these videos on the Sustainability SharePoint site.
By parking on NTU Mansfield Campus, users will adhere to the Mansfield car park terms and conditions.
