Contacting the Finance team

If you need to speak to a member of the Finance team about your tuition fees, please ring to make an appointment on: +44 (0)115 848 6500.

If you are a funded candidate and need to speak to someone regarding your stipend payments, please email expenses@ntu.ac.uk. For more information on the Finance team and how to contact them, you can visit their FAQ.

Paying your fees

Your tuition fees for the academic year are due on the anniversary of your registration. To complete your enrolment for the next year, you must have paid your fees or have a payment plan in place.

If you have any outstanding fees, you won’t be able to enrol which could result in your being withdrawn from your studies. You can find more details about enrolment on the Student Hub.

A reminder will be sent out with details about the process when your enrolment is due, but we do not process or oversee your fee payments. You can find the full details for how to pay your fees and payment options on the NTU website.
