Boost your wellbeing this January with NTU Moves

Start 2021 as you mean to go on by getting active and looking after your mental and physical wellbeing as part of RED January.

RED January is a wellbeing campaign which encourages you to be “Active everyday… to beat the blues away”. Participating in regular exercise improves your mood and boosts your energy levels, so why not get involved?

To celebrate RED January, NTU Moves is hosting weekly walking challenges and rewarding bonus points to participants. There will also be weekly prize giveaways on the NTU Moves app, so be sure to check it regularly throughout January. You can also make a difference by donating the points you earn this month to the mental health charity ‘Mind’. NTU Moves is an app that allows you to track your activity and claim rewards. By using NTU Moves, you can also participate in team challenges and add your friends for extra motivation.  You will be rewarded with points which can be redeemed for NTU merchandise, hot drinks and other offers from the university’s outlets. Simply connect your fitness tracker or step counter on your phone to start earning points. The more active you are, the more points you will earn.
