The Nottingham Festival of Science and Curiosity returns in 2021
Published: 01/01/2021
Celebrating Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths, the Nottingham Festival of Science and Curiosity will return in February 2021 with a series of fun, free and interactive events.

The week-long festival brings Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths out of the lab and into our everyday lives and aims to unite people over science. It’s about inviting the people of Nottingham to share not only what they know, but also what they would like to know. The festival celebrates curiosity, asks questions and takes a lead role in finding out the answers.
In previous years, the festival has taken over venues across the city including Central Library, Wollaton Hall, Broadway Cinema and Sneinton Market with a range of events for under 3s, older people and families.
This year’s festival is scheduled to be a virtual event using digital media television and magazines to connect the people of Nottingham through science and curiosity. Taking place between 8 – 17 February, the event will deliver projects to schools and host a variety of online events for families and adults.
More details are set to be released in the coming months, so check out the Nottingham Festival of Science and Curiosity website for more info.
