NTU Libraries maintain high quality customer service

We’re excited to let you know that NTU Library has been successful in achieving annual re-accreditation of the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) award.

The award is a customer service quality mark which demonstrates the library’s commitment to providing you with the best service possible.
During the re-accreditation the assessor spoke with students and staff to test the library’s customer service delivery.
The contribution of library staff to instil a strong culture of customer service throughout all services was evident to the assessor, who noted that “the focus on the user is embedded throughout the organisation".
