Catch up on the Vice-Chancellor’s Global Question Time

As part of our 2023 Global Week, colleagues, students and partners were invited to Confetti X on Wednesday 1 March to see Vice-Chancellor, Professor Edward Peck, take part in a lively panel discussion on the future of international higher education.
The panel, hosted by NTU academic and Notts TV presenter, John Collins, featured representatives from seven of NTU’s closest global partner universities, spanning four continents:
- Communication University of China
- Panjab University, India
- Makerere University, Uganda
- I-Shou University Taiwan
- Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine
- The Catholic University of Lille, France
- Humber College, Canada
The panel responded to questions from the live studio and online audiences on a range of hot topics. These included how international collaboration between universities post-pandemic might help to find solutions to global challenges, and how universities can enhance environmental education and future sustainable practice.
