Are you ready to embark on a journey to a healthier, stronger you? We are thrilled to announce the return of the NTU Sport Bootcamp. Get ready to challenge yourself, transform your body and your mind in just four actioned packed weeks.

The NTU Sport Bootcamp will include three exhilarating sessions per week, crafted to give you a mix of high intensity, strength, and metabolic conditioning.

This course is suitable for all fitness levels and is designed as the perfect kickstart to help you reach your personal fitness goals.

Our team of highly qualified and dedicated fitness instructors will provide you with the motivation, guidance, and expertise you need, you won’t be alone on this journey to a healthier you.

What’s included?

  • 12 sessions.
  • Two Boditrax scans to monitor improvement in muscle mass, fat loss and overall health, celebrating your wins.
  • An individually tailored nutrition plan to be provided prior to the start of the course.
  • Exercise and nutrition guidance throughout the programme when required.
  • A sense of community. Working out alongside fellow participants who share your passion for fitness, making the journey even more enjoyable.

Dates and pricing:

Sessions start on Monday 6 November - Friday 1 December.

Running at 8-8:45am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at City Sports Centre, before your lectures begin.
