Student advice this World Mental Health Day
Published: 10/10/2023
It’s World Mental Health Day today and our students Beth and Jelly have written blogs for Healthy NTU.
They share their tips and experiences for navigating life around mental health and the importance of speaking up about how we feel.
Jelly tells us about the challenges of adapting to life as an international student away from home and how she sought help when she was struggling.
As someone who has had her own personal battles, Beth shares her tips and tools for managing mental health starting at square one.
Check out these honest and insightful articles along with many more on Healthy NTU about the experiences of our students and the support available for your wellbeing.
