We’ve made improvements to MySay module surveys to capture your feedback more effectively

We’ve made changes to the MySay module surveys to make it easier for you to share your thoughts on your learning experience.

MySay is NTU’s module evaluation platform where you can provide feedback on your modules, helping module teaching teams to improve your experience. The feedback you provide is addressed by your module leader, and their responses, along with survey results, are shared with you.
What’s new?
Based on input from both students and staff, we’ve revamped the surveys to capture your feedback more effectively. In the past, surveys were conducted at the end of a module, but many students were not sure if their feedback was acted upon. To change that, we’ve made several improvements:
Earlier timing: Surveys will now take place around the midpoint of your module. This will enable your module teaching team to understand how things are going while the module is progressing and allow them to make adjustments before it ends.
Shorter surveys: We’ve streamlined the survey, reducing the number of questions to make it quicker for you to complete.
More focused approach: The survey is now concentrated on identifying areas of good practice and spotting potential improvements in teaching and learning.
These changes will allow NTU to better capture your voice and make improvements to the student experience more quickly. The updated MySay survey is a crucial tool in our commitment to continuously monitor and enhance both module and course delivery.

Your module teaching team will let you know when the survey opens, and class time will be provided to complete it, where possible. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact your module leader.
Make sure to participate in the MySay module surveys and help shape your learning experience at NTU.
