The Student Services Centres (SSC) at NTU offer you a wide range of support and advice and help you get the most out of University life. Find out how to get the right support when you need it.

Our team are here to help you with:

  • Student card collection for new or replacement cards.
  • Enrolment support.
  • PATHway drop-in service.
  • Signposting to Student Support Services, departments and schools for support.

Our Customer Advisers can resolve most enquiries over the phone and via email. We strongly advise you to get in touch with us in advance. We'll let you know if you need to visit the centre.

Our complaints policy is in-line with the University-wide policies. Our complaints procedure aims to resolve issues within a reasonable time limit.

If you have an immediate or urgent problem, speak to a Student Services Centre staff member. We'll try to put things right for you straight away.
