Student Services Centres
The Student Services Centres (SSC) at NTU offer you a wide range of support and advice. They'll help you get the most out of University life.
Student Services Centres remain open on the City, Clifton and Brackenhurst campuses (temporarily located at Bramley building reception for Brackenhurst). To maintain social distancing, we’re operating with a smaller team on the front desk. Our team are there to help you with:
- Student card collection. You can pre-order your card online ready for collection.
- Signposting to services, departments and schools for support.
Our Customer Advisers can resolve most enquiries over the phone and via email. We strongly advise you to get in touch with us in advance. We'll let you know if you need to visit the centre.
