Opening hours
The Student Money Team is open:
- Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm
- Friday, 9 am to 4.30 pm.

The ‘Money, Fees and Funding’ pages on Student Hub contain information on a range of topics and many pages include useful links and informative videos to help guide you. This makes them a great place visit at any hour of the day. If you can’t find the answer to your question, or want to speak to someone, then there are a number of ways to get in touch with us.
Information by email
If you email the team, we can provide you with basic information and links to useful resources on our website. While we can’t provide full advice by email, our template emails cover a wide variety of topics and questions.
Advice line
You can call +44 (0)115 848 2494 with any money-related questions you may have. If we can’t answer your question immediately, we can refer you to an adviser for more specialist advice and may also direct you to useful resources on our website.
In-person help (City campus)
During the Summer vacation period, we will be available at City Campus in the Support and Wellbeing hub in the Newton building on the ground floor. Our opening hours are:
10am - 3pm
Please present at the PATHways reception desk, someone will then come out to meet with you.
Money advice appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please call +44 (0)115 848 2494 to speak to a member of the team.
We also have a number of self-bookable MS Teams appointments. If you're unable to self-book please call us, as there may be other appointment slots available.
Please note that MS bookings does not send confirmations to iCloud email addresses. If possible, please use your NTU email address when making your booking.

Tuition Fee / Accommodation payment queries
Please note, if you are not a home undergraduate student, funded by your national Student Finance Service, we are unable to assist you with any questions relating to the payment of your tuition fees, so please contact the Finance Department:
