Calling all students – submit your short film as part of the 'Wild Isles' project

Are you a short film maker? Do you want to collaborate with music students and one of the UK's leading orchestras? Submit your short film as part of the collaborative project with the BBC Concert Orchestra!

    We've got a fantastic opportunity for NTU students with an interest in film creation, to work on a project with the BBC Concert Orchestra and composition students from the University of Nottingham (UoN).

    Inspired by Sir David Attenborough's Wild Isles landmark nature series, we're challenging NTU students to create a short film (up to 3 minutes long) exploring themes of nature and sustainability.

    Selected films will be scored by UoN students and performed live at Lakeside Arts by musicians from the BBC Concert Orchestra.

    Submissions of interest should be received via email by Friday 6 October and final submissions are due by Monday 4 December 2023.
