How to make the most of your open day
We’ve got campuses across Nottinghamshire, each uniquely developed to the needs of our student community. You'll be visiting the campus where your course of interest is based and you'll find travel discounts for all of our campuses.
If you’re planning to spend the night in Nottingham, information on places to stay is available at Visit Nottinghamshire.

A subject talk programme will be confirmed before your event and you'll be able to see your subject facilities on the day.
We recommend that you prioritise your day around your subject talk, but if you miss a talk or you’re interested in more than one course, speak to our academic staff who will be available at subject stands.
Explore our outstanding campuses and facilities through a self-guided tour. Each tour takes around 45 minutes – 1 hour. You’ll also find out more about Nottingham, a fantastic city to live and study in.
Each of our campuses has its own residences, with accommodation to suit all budgets and preferences. Take a look and see which one is right for you.
Our inspiring staff and current students will also be available to answer your questions and give you a real sense of what it's like to study at NTU – ask anything and everything you want to know!
If you have any questions before your visit, current students and staff are available on our online chat.
- what's the course like and how will teaching be split between lectures, tutorials and self-directed study?
- what do graduates on my course go on to achieve?
- what is a typical day like for a student on my course?
- what accommodation options are best for my preferences and budget?
- what are the student finance options available to me?
- am I eligible for any additional student funding?
- what sports, societies or other activities can I get involved in?
- what support options are available to me?
