Campus tours
Whether you’re visiting us for the first time or returning for another look, our 45-minute student-led campus tours provide an excellent introduction to NTU. You’ll get a guided tour of our buildings and facilities to help you get an idea of what it’s like to study with us. Site tours are also available at NTU Mansfield and NTU London.
If you'd like to learn more about studying at NTU, or you’re planning ahead for 2027 entry, we encourage you to book one of our undergraduate open days. It’s a great opportunity to meet our teaching teams and get all your questions about the university answered.

We have several campuses, and your campus tour location depends on your course and subject area. Use our booking form to find and book the right open day based on your level of study, subject, and course.

What to expect on your visit
- Tour duration: we recommend allowing at least two hours for the duration of your visit.
- Facilities: explore Newton building, Boots Library, University Hall, and Nottingham Trent Students’ Union (NTSU).
- Accommodation: view selected halls with advisors available for questions.
- Support Services: speak with Admissions, Accommodation, Employability, Student Support, and NTU Sport teams.
- Refreshments: available at Café Newton and Refectory; city centre options nearby.
- Accessibility: the campus has some slopes but is generally accessible.
- Tour duration: we recommend allowing at least two hours for the duration of your visit.
- Facilities: visit the Pavilion building, Teaching and Learning building, Clifton Library, Clifton Sports Hub, and Nottingham Trent Students’ Union (NTSU).
- Accommodation: view selected halls with advisors available.
- Support Services: speak with Admissions, Accommodation, Employability, Student Support, and NTU Sport teams.
- Refreshments: available at Barista and Refectory in the Pavilion; retail park nearby.
- Accessibility: compact and mostly level, with some gentle slopes.
- Travel: use postcode NG11 8NS for free on-site parking.
- Tour duration: we recommend allowing at least two hours for the duration of your visit.
- Facilities: explore the Bramley building, Brackenhurst Library, and Nottingham Trent Students’ Union (NTSU).
- Accommodation: selected halls open for viewing, with advisors available.
- Support Services: speak with Admissions, Accommodation, Employability, Student Support, and NTU Sport teams.
- Refreshments: available on campus.
- Accessibility: rural setting with walkways and some uneven terrain.
- Travel: use postcode NG25 0QF for free on-site parking.
- Facilities: explore the University Centre, Teaching and Learning Building, and NTU Mansfield Library on a guided tour. Toilets are available.
- Accessibility: the site features ramps, lifts, electric doors, and disabled toilets.
- Refreshments: enjoy complimentary hot drinks and biscuits, with additional food and drinks available to purchase at the NTU Mansfield café.
- Travel: use postcode NG18 5BH for free on-site parking (Cauldwell Road entrance). Stagecoach Pronto connects Mansfield to Nottingham, and Mansfield train station is an 8-minute drive or 35-minute walk away.
- Tour duration: One hour.
- Facilities: explore the NTU London Campus in Whitechapel.
- Support Services: Speak to Student Support about accommodation, support and student life.
- Refreshments: available at the Metronome bar.
- Accessibility: the campus does not have automatic doors to all rooms, but is generally accessible.

Our International Office team also offers campus tours and can give you guidance on your study plans.
If you’re planning to visit Nottingham, you can arrange a campus tour with one of our International Office team. You can arrange this visit by:
- emailing the team on international@ntu.ac.uk or
- completing the booking form if you are available on any of those dates and times
As well as visiting the campus where you’ll be studying and seeing some of the facilities and study spaces you’ll be using, you can also get expert guidance on:

- advice on living and studying in the UK
- answers to frequently asked questions by students from your country.
If you are not planning to visit Nottingham, you can arrange a one-to-one counselling session with your NTU Country Advisor for advice on your study plans either online or in some cases in person.
