We want you to make the most of your NTU experience. That means treating you as an individual, and providing tailored, useful support – whether it’s physical, emotional, spiritual, financial or academic.
We’re committed to getting you the right help from the right people, and ensuring that all of our students have the same opportunities to succeed.
Your NTU: Your Experience
Whether you're new or returning to NTU, we understand you’re going to be nervous about what University life is going to look like this year. But we’re ready for you, and we hope you’re excited to experience everything NTU and Nottingham has to offer. Things are going to be a little different but there’s plenty going on to give you the best possible NTU experience, both on and off campus.
Your voice has...
You regularly give us feedback about your experience at NTU, through surveys such as the National Student Survey, School Student Fora, the Students’ Union and through verbal feedback. We listen to this and make improvements across the University that have a positive impact on your student experience. Explore our new ‘Your voice has…’ web pages using the tabs below to search for improvements in your school, and other areas such as Library, IT, Employability, Global Opportunities and more.
NTU Students Union
Representing your needs and views as a student is a huge priority of the Students' Union. Whether it's our Academic Reps or our Executive Officers, we have a range of people in place to represent you on all aspects of your experience at the University, making sure that your voice is heard.
Transferring or leaving your study
If you are considering leaving your studies, or wish to transfer to another university, we can help you consider your options. As part of the Midlands Credit Compass, we will help you to transfer between the following universities: Birmingham City, Coventry, Derby, Lincoln, Nottingham Trent, and Wolverhampton.
