Information and entry requirements for students from Sudan

Interested in studying at Nottingham Trent University (NTU)? On this page, we’ve included everything you’ll need to know – meet NTU’s Representative for Africa, learn about our entry requirements, and sign up to keep in touch with us.

Welcome to NTU

Hello, my name is Miss Annabel Mitchell and I'm the NTU Representative for Africa. I regularly visit the region and love meeting new students and families personally to give advice and guidance.

We are proud to welcome students from Sudan, including our 2014/15 Brenda Howe Scholar. The city of Nottingham has excellent provisions for Muslim students, including mosque and prayer facilities, Halal food, an Islamic Society and a robust Islamic community.

My visit schedule is on the NTU in Africa webpage or you can register with us and we’ll let you know when I’m next visiting. If you can't meet me in person just email me your queries or we could even arrange a Skype session.

“I made an application and won the prestigious Brenda Howe Scholarship that enabled me to study here. My whole family were overwhelmed. My course widened my perspective and introduced me to recent issues in the construction industry both in the UK and globally.

Inas Mohamed Mokhtar Ali, Sudan, MA Construction Management.
