Role

Currently I work as a full-time Senior Lecturer teaching across all three years on the BA Graphic design course at NTU. As well as facilitating workshops and lecturing to large cohorts of students I also act as a personal tutor for smaller groups and one to one support. I’m module leader for both the optional Motion Graphics module and the CoLab 2 module offered to students within their second year. When I’m not teaching, I’m often liaising with industry professionals and helping to support and develop new courses at NTU.

Career overview

From 2004 to 2021 I worked as creative director for The One Off, cited as one of top 100 graphic/retail design agencies in the UK. My role as a director was to design, art direct, produce and manage film and motion graphics projects for some of the worlds most recognised and loved brands. Working on a wide range of projects from interactive through to broadcast media my previous role provided me with opportunities to work and travel across the globe.

Before my career at The One Off I worked for four years as an interactive designer at Imagination in London. Whilst there my role as a designer was to work alongside a team of strategists, account handlers, producers and programmers to realise award winning immersive interactive experiences.
