Role
Prior to his retirement, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer of IVC Evidensia, one of the world’s leading providers of veterinary care services. Prior roles include: Chief Financial and Transformation Officer at C&J Clark, the global footwear business; Chief Financial Officer at Nomad Foods, the New York-listed frozen foods business; and a variety of senior roles at AstraZeneca PLC, Allied Domecq PLC, and Mars, Incorporated. In addition to finance, he has at various times had responsibility for functions such as IT, Procurement, Property, Legal, Company Secretary, Transformation and Outlet Retail.
Paul is a Trustee and Deputy Chair at St George’s Bristol, a leading independent music venue and charity.
Paul has an Honours Degree in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
