Chris Crabot is College International Manager and is responsible for implementing the international strategy for the College of Business, Law and Social Sciences, and for directing its international operations.
Chris joined the University in 2012 after working in similar positions for Engineering and Business Schools in France. His earlier career included working as a developer for the France Telecom Research Centre in their IT and Linguistics department. Chris graduated from the University of Metz, France with an MA in IT and Linguistics.
In his former position Chris oversaw the promotion of the Higher Education Institutions of the Picardy region in collaboration with the regional government as president of the Study in Picardy association. He also has a track record of managing successful European funded projects such as INTERREG KESS and CROIS with budgets over one million Euros.
His primary interests are in the field of internationalisation of HE. Chris is a member of the European Association for International Education and was the president of the Study in Picardy association which regrouped eight higher education institutions in the North of France.
