Lerato Dixon is a Lecturer in Economics at Nottingham Business School. She teaches and supervises undergraduate students. Her research interest is in behavioural economics, with themes such as other-regarding preferences, social norms and personality traits.

Career overview

Prior to NTU, Lerato completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Politics at Cardiff University. Following on from this Lerato completed a Master's degree in Development Economics and Policy Analysis.

Lerato’s recent research experience includes experimental research on resettlement villages in Zimbabwe. She has also contributed economic research for Kings Mill Hospital, Mansfield.

Research areas

Lerato is a PhD candidate within the Behavioural Sciences group, she also helps with projects undertaken by the Applied Economics and Policy Analysis group at the Business School.
