I currently hold the position of Senior Lecturer at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. My teaching responsibilities span both undergraduate and postgraduate modules, covering areas such as Business Analytics, Predictive and Prescriptive Analysis, among others. Career overview
Throughout my academic career, I have held several positions across various universities, each contributing to my expertise and professional growth. Before my tenure at Nottingham Trent University, I served as a Lecturer and Associate Course Director of Business Analytics at Coventry University. In this role, I am responsible for leading a range of modules, supervising student projects, and fostering industry collaborations that bridged theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
I am the recipient of two PhDs from Northumbria University—one in Computing Science and the other in Energy Economics. My research during this period focused on the crucial intersections of technology and economic sustainability, exploring how innovative technologies can drive economic practices towards sustainability. This scholarly work not only advanced my understanding but also positioned me as a contributor to significant academic discussions.

My research primarily explores sustainable technology innovations and their impact on economic ecosystems. I have published extensively in high-impact journals, discussing topics such as peer-to-peer energy trading platforms. energy solutions, and its implications for carbon transitions.
