Susana is responsible for all administrative related matters regarding the Certificate in Personnel Practice and Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Practice in Azerbaijan and Russia.
She is responsible for student maintenance and welfare, maintaining correspondence between students and lecturing staff, and also oversees all matters relating to Exam Boards and Assessments.
