Role

Martin Millward is currently Deputy Head of Undergraduate Programmes within the Law School with particularly responsibility for staffing, timetabling and related operational matters. Martin also remains involved in the ongoing review and development of the LLB full-time and distance learning programmes. He has extensive experience of teaching contract law and commercial law on both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, having also taught overseas and acted as module leader for many years.

Martin Millward practised as a company and commercial solicitor before joining Nottingham Law School. Martin has been a Principal Lecturer for many years and has undertaken a range of responsibilities in that time, including LLB course leader, learning resources manager, curriculum review and development, new course design and staffing and timetabling and is currently Deputy Head of Undergraduate Programmes.

Martin Millward qualified as solicitor with Pinsent and co in Birmingham. He spent three years post-qualification as a company and commercial lawyer acting for both private and public limited companies.

A qualified solicitor, Martin has particular experience as external reviewer of LLB undergraduate programmes.
