Career overview
Prior to joining Nottingham Trent University in 2016, Jo was a Sixth Form Student Manager in a large state sixth form, this role included supporting students on their early career journey. Since joining the university Jo has worked with the Employability team co-ordinating placements before moving to the social sciences department, teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to students and professional practitioners. Her areas of interest include work based learning and the impact of this on professional practice and this aligns with her role of co-ordinating placements for postgraduate students.
