Creative Writing Summer School Scholarship for NTU students

What is the Creative Writing Summer School?
The Creative Writing Summer School is 4 days of workshops with published writers. The sessions are fun and fulfilling, relaxed and rejuvenating. We're offering 10 students a scholarship to allow them to experience it.
Our workshops include:
- A Play in a Day, with Hollywood and Bollywood scriptwriter Sara Bodinar
- A Poem in a Day, with a professional video recording with Dr Becky Cullen and friends
- The Beginnings and Ends of Fiction, with writer of Your Show (Faber & Faber), Dr Ashley Hickson-Lovence
- publishing and performance workshops.
In addition, students will have weekly optional one-to-one with each week's specialist, to give them feedback on their work.
Who can apply for the scholarship?
Any student of NTU. Students who have finished their degree but haven't graduated yet can also apply.
What are the dates and location?
These full-day workshops will take place in-person on NTU's City Campus. The dates are:
- Wednesday 6 July
- Wednesday 13 July
- Wednesday 20 July
- Wednesday 27 July
- Friday 29 July.
