NTU believes that all students should be able to succeed, regardless of their background. We aim to do this by providing the opportunity for all students to achieve success while also being at the forefront of understanding and implementing what works to support all students to succeed in their studies.
NTU’s Success for All strategy aims to raise awareness of what is working across the sector to support success for all students and to explore evidence-based, context-specific solutions through action research projects within Schools and courses.
Within CADQ we undertake a range of work to specifically support the institution’s Success for All Strategy, such as SCALE-UP. Inclusivity begins with identifying and removing barriers to student success. However, our work goes further, to provide transformative learning experiences in which all students can learn from the diverse challenges and perspectives of their peers.
