We are excited to announce the Scholarship Awards Celebration 2025. We’d love you to join us at this event to celebrate your success with fellow scholars and staff from across the University.

This is the awards celebration for scholars studying courses in the following schools:

  • Nottingham School of Art & Design (including students previously at Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies)
  • School of Animal, Rural and Environmental Sciences
  • School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment
  • School of Science and Technology

This event will include a drinks reception, food, live music and the opportunity to collect your scholarship certificate.

We know how important your achievement is to your family. While they cannot be at the event, we’d still love them to get involved in the celebrations. Please share this form with your family so they can add their own congratulations messages. We will display these on screens around the venue for all our scholarship winners to enjoy.

You may also want to share your own message of thanks to your family. You can fill out this form and we'll be sharing these at the events and in our follow up emails so your family can see your appreciation.

Programme

The event will take place in Newton Building, City Campus.

6:30 - 7pm - Registration and arrival. There will also be a chance to say hello to your NTU country advisor during this time.

7 - 9pm - Refreshments, food, live music and scholarship certificate collection

8pm - Group photo

9pm - Event Close

There will be a professional photographer at the event. If for any reason you do not wish to be photographed, please contact international@ntu.ac.uk to tell us in advance of the event.

Booking information

To attend, please reserve your place using the booking link. You'll be asked to provide your student details and inform us of any special access or dietary requirements as part of the booking. After completing the form you'll receive a booking confirmation and final event instructions will be emailed to you a couple of days before the celebration.

The booking deadline is Monday 24 February 2025. Places at these events will be allocated in the order online bookings are made and are subject to availability.

Due to spacing restrictions, places will only be offered to scholarship winners and we are unable to offer guest tickets.

Please note there will be a prayer room and a quite space available.
