Getting ready to rent your first student home?
Join us for an interactive workshop designed to help you navigate the rental market with confidence before attending the Housing Fair.
With insights from NTSU experts and the Student Advice Team, you'll learn about your renting rights, common mistakes to avoid, hidden costs and clauses to watch out for, and the key things every student should check before signing a tenancy agreement.
You'll build your own Student Rental Survival Kit throughout the session.
The Student Advice Team will also be on hand with additional housing resources and booklets, ensuring you leave with practical knowledge, useful contacts, and a toolkit to help you make informed renting decisions.
