We understand that businesses need to evolve, adapt quickly to continue to thrive in a changing economic climate, and may not have the expertise they need. Therefore, we have created a unique package of support which is at no cost to the business.

The support package

  • A grant to fund 20% of a graduate's salary for up to 12 months. The graduate can be from NTU or another university providing that they have graduated within the last three years. This enables businesses to diversify and broaden their graduate talent pipeline.
  • Support with the recruitment process and advice around virtual onboarding.
  • Fully funded consultancy from an NTU marketing expert from the award-winning Nottingham Business School. This includes brand strategy, reaching new customer and markets, marketing new products and services, customer insight analysis, and evaluating marketing methods to optimise profitability.

What a graduate can bring to your business

  • Fresh ideas and new perspectives
  • Initiative and adaptability
  • Ambition and drive
  • The latest digital skills and knowledge that employers need
