Enterprise Innovation Centre programme
Dedicated support from NTU Enterprise for Start-ups and SMEs.
Nottingham Trent University is delivering a dedicated business support programme as along with opening its new Dryden Enterprise Centre (DEC) for both entrepreneurs and growing businesses who want to work and co-locate with us.
The project supports enterprising students, graduates, established SMEs and entrepreneurs to help them start and grow sustainable businesses. Part funded by the European Regional Development Fund, we are delivering this support to eligible businesses through our Enterprise team from April 2019 until March 2022.
Who do we support?
The project specifically supports SMEs and entrepreneurs across parts of the Nottingham/Nottinghamshire SUDs (Sustainable Urban Development strategy) area, and those wishing to move their business to the area.
Students, graduates & local entrepreneurs
Through continued support of the Hive and NTU, this programme supports student entrepreneurship and enterprising graduates to develop their business ideas and get started. Whether you are an entrepreneur who is familiar with NTU or someone who is engaging with us for the first time, we can support you to develop your business plan and start your enterprise.
Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)
This programme also supports small and medium sized business seeking to benefit from a relationship with the University as part of our community to help them innovate and grow. As a key part of our community, we can support your business growth in our new centre and through our mentoring and events programmes.
